3D Printing Return & Refund Policy
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Sales
Because each item is custom-printed at the time of sale, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind: "I just don't want it anymore."

Aesthetic preferences: Minor layer lines, slight surface textures, or "support marks" which are inherent to the 3D printing process.

User Error: Damage caused by improper handling, dropping, or exposing the item to heat (e.g., leaving PLA in a hot car).
2. Defective or Damaged Items
We take pride in our print quality, but if something goes wrong, we want to make it right. You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund if:

Shipping Damage: The item arrives broken due to carrier mishandling (photo evidence required).

Manufacturing Defect: Major structural failures or missing parts that deviate significantly from the digital model.

Wrong Item: You received a different model, color, or material than what was ordered.
3. The Resolution Process
To initiate a claim, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery.

Submit Proof: Send high-resolution photos of the defect or damage to Support@IT-RexLLC.com

Evaluation: We will review the claim within 48 hours.

Remedy: If approved, we will either reprint the item at no cost to you or issue a refund to your original payment method.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before the printing process has begun, (usually within 24 hours of the order placement). Once the "spool is spinning," we have committed material and machine time to your project, and a 20% restocking/material fee may apply to any cancellation thereafter.
Print-on-Demand Clothing Return & Refund Policy
1. Made-to-Order Policy
Every t-shirt is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of your order. Because we do not hold inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect Size: Please consult the Size Chart before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.

Color Preference: Note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings.

Buyer’s Remorse: We cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing error or is damaged during shipping, we will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Eligibility: Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Evidence: We require a clear photo of the damaged/defective area. If multiple items are affected, please include a photo of all items in one frame.

No Return Necessary: In most cases of defect, you do not need to ship the item back to us.
3. Lost or Mis-delivered Packages

Invalid Address: If an order is returned to the sender because an incorrect address was provided, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated in [14 Business days], please contact us, and we will initiate a claim and send a replacement.
4. How to Submit a Claim
Please email Support@IT-RexLLC.com with your Order Number and the required photo evidence. We typically process these requests within 24–48 hours.
