Shipping Policy: 3D Printed Goods

1. Processing & Lead Times

All items are made-to-order. Unlike traditional retail, your item enters a production queue once the order is placed.

  • Standard Lead Time: Please allow [3–5] business days for your item to be printed, post-processed, and inspected for quality.

  • Large/Complex Orders: For bulk orders or multi-part prints, we will contact you via email with an estimated production timeline.

  • Queue Status: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic (USA): We primarily ship via [e.g., USPS/UPS/FedEx].

  • Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within [3–7] business days.

  • International Shipping: We [do not] offer international shipping at this time. 

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has reached the "Package & Label" stage. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We Do Not ship to P.O. Boxes.

5. Damages & Issues

IT-Rex Creations and IT-Rex LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier is at fault. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  • Take clear photos of the box and the item and contact us at Support@IT-RexLLC.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

Shipping Policy: Apparel & Accessories (Print-on-Demand)

1. Fulfillment & Production Time

Our apparel and accessories are printed to order. This means as soon as you place an order, our production team gets to work.

  • Production Time: Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 2–5 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on the item type and destination. Your total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for select items within the US. If available, this option will appear at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that for international orders, tracking may stop updating once the package leaves the origin country until it clears customs in your country.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

IT-Rex Creations and IT-Rex LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Multiple Shipments

If you order a 3D printed item and a t-shirt in the same transaction, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is because our 3D prints are shipped from our Florida studio, while apparel is fulfilled through our dedicated print partners.
